From setting up and dismantling your exhibition stand to time and personnel planning to your on-site events:

The design, realization and coordination of a successful exhibition presence is a complex task.

In order to make it as easy as possible for you to master this challenge successfully the following information and our Exhibitor Guide (PDF, 192.0 kB) provides all the key information and services as well as the rules for fair organization – so that everything goes according to plan.

When do you have to arrive, where precisely should you arrive – and what do you need to know when you get there? Here is where you can find all the important times, locations and service & ticket information about access to the Exhibition Grounds.

Detailed information about the different entrances and deposit regulations - during both the set-up and dismantling phases as well as during the duration of the trade show - will be available in our Traffic Guide (PDF, 338.3 kB), which will be available in the beginning of 2021. Please forward the guide to your stand builders, co-exhibitors and suppliers.

Please make sure that your trade show stand is occupied when deliveries take place – we disclaim any liability for lost or missing deliveries.

Exhibitor passes entitle holders to access the exhibition halls from 09.00 a.m. – 07.00 p.m. In order to simplify admittance checks we would appreciate your wearing your exhibitor pass in such a way that it is clearly visible. Your exhibitor pass must be scanned by our staff on the doors whenever you enter or leave the exhibition grounds.

Additional exhibitor passes can be ordered at the BECO webshop. Additional passes can also be obtained on site from the Exhibitor Service Center at Großer Stern.

The Exhibitor Service Center is located at Großer Stern (between halls 10.2/11.2, 3rd floor). It provides you with the opportunity – if required – to order at short notice all the services relating to your participation in the trade fair.

It would be appreciated if you could, wherever possible, place all your orders in good time and in advance at the BECO webshop.

Address your customer contacts specifically and invite them to StageISetIScenery. We support you with our cost ceiling for tickets (PDF, 176.9 kB). Depending on the size of your stand you can book a specified number of tickets for your customers at a fixed price. Any additional tickets required will be supplied free of charge. Your financial expenditure remains predictable for you!

If you like to have a parking slot on site, you have the opportunity to purchase a parking voucher via our BECO web shop. Due to a limited amount we recommend an early order.
Please note that the parking vouchers are not valid during setup- and dismantling times but just for the duration time.

Public parking spaces are available around the fair grounds. Please note though that the space is limited. Parking options are marked in our overview of the halls (JPG, 8.0 kB). The amount of parking slots is limited.

To make sure your preparations run smoothly, we recommend:

  • timely submission of stand construction details for official approval / at least 6 weeks before the beginning of the construction period: 01.05.2021
  • timely submission of your orders in adherence with indicated deadlines
  • adherence to the Traffic Guide regarding entering the fairgrounds during the construction period, as well as during the show
