Press Centre

The Press Centre at Stage|Set|Scenery can be found on the Berlin Exhibition Grounds in the Entrance Hall 19, on the right-hand side, first floor. The Press Centre is the distribution point for press material. This is also where you can find the press pigeon-holes of exhibitors. A cloakroom is available for journalists on the underground floor. The latest press releases, press photos and video clips of Stage|Set|Scenery can be found online under the ’Press’ section of the website. These may be used for editorial purposes.

Parking for the press

A limited number of free parking places are available for accredited members of the press. Please note that only those areas designated on the parking permits are free of charge and that no right to a press parking place shall exist. We advise reserving your permit early.

In order to reserve a parking permit please contact Maritta Voigt, or +49 30 3038-2436. Parking permits will be sent by mail.

Trade press stand

In the display area at Stage|Set|Scenery on the trade press stand trade visitors and exhibitors can find a wide range of publications with information on the latest industry trends and innovations. These can be taken free of charge.

Boost Your Newsworthiness with a Planned Press and PR Strategy

  • Make sure the newspapers, trade press, internet and other media are informed about your participation at Stage|Set|Scenery, not only in your own country but also internationally. Many foreign journalists travel to Berlin to report on exhibitors from their own country.
  • Distribute well-written press information and photographs, especially to the financial and trade press well in advance of the exhibition.

Keep press kits available for distribution to journalists and media representatives attending your press conference or visiting your stand. Your press kit should contain general press information about your company as well as your products and services. Experience shows that the media are always interested in a company's business performance.

Add photos to your press kit. Live pictures express more than a thousand words. Your photos should be up to date and accompanied by relevant captions. Press photos should be available in your press kit at press conferences and in sufficient quantity for distribution at your exhibition stand.

Plan your photographic requirements well in advance of the exhibition opening date. We can assist you by providing a list of suitable photographers.
